Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom items (e.g., monogrammed hearts, personalized voice messages)
• Final sale items

How to Start a Return Contact us at your store email with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different variant. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
